Gymnastics fun for everyone!
On the 6 and 7 August 2016 we are going to transform the Traralgon Sports Stadium into a gymnastics arena for the 2016 Energetic Games and Energetic Cup. Find out more about how you can get involved with these exciting events and meet Australian Olympic gymnasts Ashleigh Brennan and Stephanie Moorhouse.

Become a champion at the Energetic Games
The Energetic Games is an Olympic themed participation event for boys and girls. Participants can enjoy two hours of fun gymnastics tricks and games.
Everyone gets a certificate of recognition and a participation medal.

Three sessions of gymnastics to enjoy. Clubs from across Gippsland and Melbourne including Energetic, Morwell, Leongatha, East Gippsland, Maffra, Knox and Aerodynamix Gymnastics will compete on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Come and try gymnastics
Children and adults of all ages and abilities can enjoy our interactive Gymfun Play Zone!
Inclusive and open to participants of all abilities and backgrounds with separate dedicated space for children under five.
You can meet the Energetic Gymnastics coaches. Mums and Dads are encouraged to join in and try gymnastics with their children. A great way to come and try gymnastics.
