Classes for Boys

You can enrol your son in one of our classes via our parent portal  or  contact us to discuss his needs.

Gymfun

In our Gymfun boys classes your son can improve his focus and self-discipline – skills that can assist with his learning and concentration. Gymfun will give your son a great start for his future sport and school commitments.

Class duration: 60 minutes (5 – 7 years) or 90 minutes (7 – 10 years)

Street Gym

Street Gym all about learning freestyle gymnastics tricks in the gym before taking them to the streets or school playground. Street Gym is a great way for boys to channel their energy and build their confidence – outside their comfort zone.

Class duration: 60 minutes (5-11 years) or 90 minutes (12 years +)

Trampoline

Trampoline Gym is the perfect sport to teach your son safe and developmentally sound aerial skills. Our Trampoline classes cover correct trampoline technique including safety landings, twists and rotations. Your son can have fun, build his core strength whilst also developing co-ordination and body awareness.

Class duration: 60 minutes

Squad Gym

In our Squad Gym program your son can participate in team and individual gymnastics competitions. Squad Gym boys learn routines on six Olympic apparatus – Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar. Squad Gym helps to develop excellent lifelong physical strength and mental toughness.

Tumbling

Our specialised Tumbling classes are a great way for gymnasts to enhance their technique, improve their aerial awareness, and increase their core strength and leg power.

Class duration: 60 minutes
